AI Co-Parent
Your family's calendar is visible to the two parents in it and to nobody else. There is no feed, no sharing, no advertising, and no sale of data. First names are the only identifying detail the app ever asks for about a child.
Privacy policy
Effective: August 29, 2026
AI Co-Parent stores a family's schedule on a server so that both parents can see the same calendar on their own phones. This section says exactly what is stored and who can read it.
- Account. An email address, or a Google account if you sign in with Google. Authentication is handled by Google Firebase Authentication. Passwords are never visible to us.
- Family data. The first names you enter for the parents and children, the rotation you choose, day swaps, and expense entries (amount, category, who paid, an optional note). This is stored in Google Cloud Firestore and is readable only by the accounts that have joined your family with its invite code.
- Calendar import. If you import a schedule, the app reads events from the calendar you pick — one already on your phone, a Google Calendar, or an iCal link — to work out your custody pattern. Access is read-only: nothing is added, changed, or deleted in that calendar. The events themselves are processed on your device and are not uploaded; only the resulting rotation and its exceptions are saved to your family.
- No advertising and no analytics SDKs. There are no tracking or advertising frameworks in the app, and no data is sold or shared with data brokers.
- Purchases. Custody Pro is processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We receive no payment details from those transactions.
- Children. The app is used by parents. The only information it holds about a child is a first name and which home they are in on a given day.
- Deleting your data. Write to support@handled.tools from your account's email address and the family record and account are deleted. Leaving a family removes your access to its calendar immediately.
If this policy changes, the change is listed here with a new effective date.

What the schedule is, and is not
A rotation in this app is a record of what the two of you agreed, and an imported rotation is the app's best reading of a calendar you already keep. Neither is a legal determination of custody, and the PDF export is a summary of what was entered rather than a certified document. Where an agreement or a court order says something different, that governs.
Terms of use
AI Co-Parent is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.
Custody Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, at the price shown on the purchase screen in your local currency. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free period if one is offered. The subscription renews for the same period each time unless you turn off auto-renew in your App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel a subscription under Settings → your name → Subscriptions on the device. A free period that is not used in full is forfeited when a subscription is purchased. Apple's standard EULA is the Terms of Use that applies on iOS.
